Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase from Liksta, we are happy to accept returns, provided they comply with our return policy below.
Returns
- Eligible Products: We accept returns only for products purchased directly from Liksta Online. All returns are subject to inspection.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and liners attached.
- Exclusions: Lingerie, swimwear, and other intimate items (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Return Shipping: Liksta will bear the return shipping fees for returns, even if they are not due to a product quality issue.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
- Return Requests: To initiate a return, please email us at customer@liksta.com with your order details.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the return is accepted or refused. This process may take up to 7 business days from the date the return is received.
- Processing: If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Q. How long do I have to cancel my order?
Answer: You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it. If the order is already in the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Q. How long do I have to return or exchange a product?
Answer: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
Q. How do I initiate a return?
Answer: Please contact us with your order number, return reason, and details of the product(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.
Q. What are the packaging requirements for returns?
- Items should be undamaged, unwashed, and unworn.
- If it’s a set, please return all items in the set.
- Tags and labels should remain intact.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect your items upon arrival. If any items are damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days.
- Attach a photo or video showing the issue for quicker processing.
- Once confirmed, we will process a refund to your original payment method or to your Liksta account balance.

- We monitor all claims for lost, missing, or damaged items for abuse.
- Claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
